Valentine's Day!

Table Foods: Spaghetti

mmmm...spaghetti!!! She LOVED it! I had made her a big bowl of spaghetti and she ate nearly all of it. And even started learning how to use her little fork. She knows what to do, but just needs to practice. It was ALL over her but it was fun.

Being silly

Tyler was playing a football game on his x box and McKayla thought it was a good idea to watch with her hands. So, Tyler tried to be real serious with her and tell her to stop. But all she did was laugh and think he was playing a game with her. Then later it got to the point where Tyler would pull her away and she would just laugh so hard! It was great. What a stinker!!!

Here is McKayla using her walker. We got it for her for Christmas and she loves it! At first she could only go a couple of steps, but now (only a week later) she is all over the place. She can now turn it too! Wont be too much longer now :)

Tonight we brushed McKayla's teeth for the first time!

Jump, jump, jump!

Ever since McKayla was about 3 months old, we have put her in her door way jumper because she loved to stand so much. But she would never actually jump. Until today....I put her in it because it had been a long time since she used it and as soon as I did....Jump, jump, jump!

McKayla's first Christmas present!!!

Today McKayla recieved her first Christmas present from her Great Aunt Caryn. It is so so cute! It's a big (and cushy) butterfly rocker. And McKayla LOVES it! She isnt't big enough to get on and off herself, but when she is on it, she is all smiles! Thank you so much Aunt Caryn! We love it!

Santa Night!

Tonight McKayla got to meet Santa for the first time! We were so excited to how she would react and she did amazing! Didn't cry or anything. I thought for sure she would at least pull his beard off and freak out all the other kids...But, she was an angel! I think it helped that her cousins, Luke (10) and Jude (4) were with her. It was too too cute watching them all together on Santa's lap.

Always smiling...Even when put to bed...

This girl is the happiest girl I have ever met!! She is always smiling or laughing at something! Even when you aren't doing anything to make her laugh..Just being there is enough for this girl.
